Terms and conditions
1. Limited KMs - 240kms daily limit, 2 days Hire 480kms limit Excess kms Rs 8 for Sedan and Rs 12 for SUV
2. ZERO deposit : Is applicable on 3 months bank statement with Cheque given as security deposit.
2.1 Deposit and Rent : Deposit of Rs 10,000 plus rent is to be paid upfront prior to journey starting
2.2. Collect your booked self driven car from Kalyanagar (main office) or vidyaranyapura **Free home delivery applicable in case of booking made for more than 4 days** [ Delivery applies 10 kms range from our nearest office]
3. Bring your original Driving Licence + any 1 ID proof (Passport, pancard, Voter ID, Adhar card, Company/College ID); Minimum age of the customer should be 21 years to hire a car, should hold a valid 'Light motor vehicle' driving licence
4. Refundable deposit of Rs.10000/- and rent should be paid upfront/prepaid to your journey.
5. Fuel is excluded, 240 kms limit for a day booking i.e 24 hours and excess kilometers will be charged at respective per Km charge.
6. Office working hours is 10am to 9pm (Not 24 hours)
7. Deposit and excess kms will be debited from your amount and remaining will be transfered to your bank account or cash on hand
8. Call us 24X7 in case of emergency, accidents, breakdown, we will support you.
9. Minor damage during booking should be fixed by customer at actual service center cost.
10 Top speed allowed is 125 km/hr (fined at rs 500 each time), No alcohol / drugs consumption while driving.
11.Tolls, Road tax, parking and any traffic violations customer has to bear the same
12. Pets are not allowed, No smoking in car.
13. Call us to extend the reservation on current booking.
14. To cancel the booking already made call before 72 hours to get 100% refund; after which cancellation will not be refunded.
15. Customer should not use the rented car for public trasport, racing purpose and other anti social activities.
16.Cleaning charges Rs 500 may occur, if car returned dirty condition.
17. public holidays weekend prices may be applicable
18. Peak seasonal bookings like new years eve tariff may be subjected to change without prior notice.
